The problem
The e-commerce company could not detect threats in real time across its dynamic cloud infrastructure. Automated monitoring was absent, leaving the environment vulnerable to undetected incidents.
What we did
We implemented AWS CloudTrail to log API activity and GuardDuty to detect threats. For real-time alerting, we used Amazon SNS, notifying the security team immediately. This gave the e-commerce client continuous monitoring and faster incident response.
