About Neuraltan

We are not a software house

A software house takes an order and builds it. We start one question earlier: what is actually costing you money, how much, and whether building something is in fact the answer.

Sometimes it is not. We say so, even when that means there is no work in it for us.

Four areas, one team

We work across four areas that most markets buy from four different kinds of firm:

  • AI agents and automation — assistants that answer customers, agents that finish multi-step
  • work, and workflows that run on their own, within written limits of authority.

  • Custom software — internal applications, portals, back-office systems, mobile and desktop
  • apps, built to be maintained for years.

  • Web3 and blockchain — contracts, real-world asset tokenisation, and contract security audits.
  • Cybersecurity — penetration testing, infrastructure hardening, incident response, and
  • certification support.

What is rare is not any one of them. What is rare is having them in a single team: the systems we build are penetration-tested by the people who know how they were built, and the agents we deploy ship with limits of authority and are tested against instructions slipped in by outsiders. A single-discipline vendor cannot do both.

How we work

Staged commitment, not a large contract up front. It begins with a technical session at no cost, then a paid diagnosis that stands on its own — the output is yours, and you are under no obligation to continue with us. Only once the scope is clear is a final number locked, with its ceiling.

We do not use "starting from". A number without a ceiling is an anchor that drags every subsequent negotiation downwards, and in the end one side always loses.

What is outside our remit

We are a technology development partner — not legal, financial, or investment advisers. Legal opinions, company formation, asset valuation, financial statement audits, and underwriting the sale of securities all sit outside our scope. Where work requires them, we coordinate the vendors and write that boundary into the proposal from its first page.

Two technical areas are deliberately not offered either: industrial control system security, because a wrong move there can halt a client's production; and cross-chain bridges, because that is the most expensive vulnerability class in the history of digital assets. Declining work we cannot yet do safely is cheaper for everyone than learning it on your systems.

How we measure ourselves

Not by project count. By whether the system we handed over is still running and still being maintained a year later — by your own team, without depending on us. All source code, documentation, and control are handed over in full at completion. We lock nothing away.
